Even stronger, more powerful, and more efficient

Built in Germany, the new 7 Series combines exceptional reliability, comfort, and performance with impressively low fuel and operating costs. Thanks to an extended engine oil change interval of up to 1000 hours, maintenance is reduced and productivity is increased.

The 7250TTV is powered by the proven Deutz TCD 6.1l engine, which has been rehomologated to Stage 3 for the New Zealand market, meaning emissions standards are achieved without the need for AdBlue or a DPF. Delivering up to 247 HP and 1072 Nm of torque, these engines are coupled with the next-generation TTV transmission, which offers even greater efficiency and seamless power delivery over the previous generation tractors.

EFFICENCY AND PERFORMANCE REDEFINED

At the heart of the 7 Series is the powerful 6-cylinder Deutz TCD engine, equipped with a turbocharger, intercooler, and Common Rail injection system operating at up to 1600 bar. The injection pump is lubricated by engine oil for maximum durability, while the engine itself has been rehomologated to meet Stage 3 emissions compliance meaning it achieves it's emissions reduction standards without the use of AdBlue or a DPF.

This highly efficient setup achieves an exceptionally low specific fuel consumption of just 202 g/kWh. Combined with the 505-liter monolithic fuel tank, it delivers an impressive operating range—keeping you working longer between refuels.

For transport applications, an optional engine brake assist is available, activated by a dedicated foot control. This feature increases engine braking capacity by up to 40%, providing extra stopping power alongside the transmission’s hydraulic braking effect. The system reduces wear on the conventional brakes, extending component life and improving safety during demanding transport operations.

PREVIOUSLY UNIMAGINABLE EFFICIENCY

Building on the proven designs of the T7780 (from the 8 Series) and T7560 transmissions, the new continuously variable TTV transmissions set new standards for efficiency and reliability in their class.

By combining planetary mechanical components with a new high-efficiency hydrostatic unit, the system ensures an exceptionally smooth and consistent power flow—free of jerks and interruptions. The result is maximum performance with reduced fuel consumption and lower heat generation.

The entire powertrain, assembled in Germany at Deutz-Fahr Land in Lauingen, delivers outstanding responsiveness and smooth acceleration. Torque transfer to the wheels has been significantly increased by 35% on the 7250 TTV, providing greater pulling power and efficiency in every operation.

The new TTV transmission also allows impressive transport speeds, reaching 60 km/h at just 1800 rpm and 40 km/h at only 1200 rpm, ensuring quiet, fuel-efficient travel on the road. The well-proven Powershuttle system offers five adjustable sensitivity levels, allowing operators to fine-tune responsiveness to perfectly match their working conditions.

FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY AT ALL TIMES

A tractor’s profitability depends on two things: its working capacity and its operating efficiency. The new 7 Series excels in both. The engine delivers outstanding performance even at low rpm, while the electro-hydraulically controlled PTO, adjustable via the iMonitor, ensures maximum precision and ease of use.

The rear PTO comes standard with three speeds (540ECO / 1000 / 1000ECO) and up to two front PTO options (1000 or 1000ECO). With the DualSpeed option, operators can switch between PTO speeds directly from the cab through the InfoCentrePro, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in every situation.

Operating at lower engine speeds not only reduces fuel consumption but also minimizes wear on moving parts and noise in the cab, while extending service intervals. The interchangeable rear PTO shaft allows quick and easy equipment changes, cutting downtime and replacement costs in the event of damage.

For added convenience, PTO functions can be operated both from the MaxCom armrest inside the cab and from the rear mudguards. The system now also features a neutral position, making implement coupling safer and more comfortable than ever.

LIFT UP YOUR PRODUCTIVITY

The hydraulic system of the new 7 Series offers premium features typically found only on larger, higher-end tractors. Its hydraulic circuit operates independently from the transmission lubrication system, while the Load Sensing pump—available with 120, 160, or 210 l/min flow rates—delivers oil only when needed, saving power and improving efficiency.

With up to 90 liters of oil available for hydraulically driven implements, the 7 Series provides exceptional capability. It can be equipped with up to five rear hydraulic valves and two front valves, plus an additional valve for the front linkage, if installed. All valves are electronically controlled, fully programmable, and proportional, allowing precise and flexible operation. A Power Beyond connection is also included, now featuring new flat-face couplings for easier, cleaner connections.

The rear lift boasts an impressive 10,000 kg capacity, while the front lift offers up to 5,450 kg with force control for optimal performance. The new 7 Series also introduces a transport position for the lower links and hydraulic side stabilizers, enhancing convenience and safety during transport.

Completing the package is an intuitive ISOBUS interface, allowing quick and seamless integration with compatible implements for maximum productivity and ease of use.

FOR SUPERLATIVE SAFETY

To stay productive, an operator must have complete control of the tractor—whether in the field or on the road, at high speeds, on rough terrain, or when handling the heaviest equipment. With the new 7 Series, that control and confidence come naturally.

The heavy-duty front axle and advanced braking system set new standards in this class. The intelligent, adaptive front suspension provides exceptional stability during heavy towing and high-speed transport. Its innovative design keeps the tractor balanced and secure in all conditions, while dampers positioned at the front of the axle improve handling and comfort on uneven ground.

The 7 Series is the only standard tractor available with high-performance dry disc brakes on the front axle, delivering outstanding braking precision and durability. The booster brake system, included as standard, enhances braking power while requiring less pedal effort. No other tractor in its class combines a heavy-duty front axle, dry disc brakes, and a booster system to deliver such a high level of safety—especially at higher speeds.

For even greater peace of mind, the new 7 Series features the aTBM (Advanced Trailer Brake Management) system, which improves trailer braking performance and stability during deceleration. When equipped with hydraulic trailer brakes, a DualMode valve is also included, ensuring safe and consistent braking across all applications.

COMFORT AND CONTROL REDEFINED

The redesigned MaxiVision 2 cab sets new standards in comfort, quality, and usability. Equipped with air suspension, premium materials, and a carefully considered control layout, it delivers a first-class working environment for long hours in the field or on the road.

A wide range of functions can be operated effortlessly using the ergonomic joystick on the armrest — including speed selection, driving direction, Headland sequences, and front and rear lift controls. Everything is within easy reach, allowing smooth and intuitive operation without moving your hand.

The cab’s separation from the engine compartment minimizes the transmission of heat, noise, and vibration, resulting in outstanding comfort. Even at maximum engine speed, interior noise remains as low as 69 dB(A). Visibility is excellent in all directions, with powerful LED lighting ensuring perfect illumination during nighttime work.

The InfoCentrePro display provides clear, accurate information at a glance, while the mini MMI system allows for quick and easy configuration of all tractor settings.
