6 Pro-Series TTV Warrior

Efficiency Redefined

Made in Germany, the Deutz-Fahr 6 Series of tractors stands out for its superior reliability, comfort and low operating costs. The models within this 6 series lineup span from 170 through to 230HP and a maximum torque of up to 970Nm, all powered by the latest interation of the DeutzAG TCD 6.1 litre, 6-cylinder engine. These engines have been homologated to Stage 3A, removing the need for AdBlue and a DPF in order to achieve these emissions standards. The TTV transmission, available on the 6190 and 6230 models, redefines comfort and efficiency in a continuously variable transmission. The in-house designed and built TTV transmission is the ultimate choice for professional users and farmers wanting to get the most out of their tractor.

Also available is the RC-Shift transmission option - a 5 gear, 6 stage semi-powershift transmission, designed for those that prefer the ease of operation and mechanical efficiency that a more conventional style transmission has to offer.

Engine

PEAK POWER WITH LOW MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.

The 6 Series six-cylinder tractors are powered by water-cooled, single-turbocharged DEUTZ engines. The new TCD 6.1 Stage 3A engines deliver higher performance even at lower rpm, offering noticeable improvements in torque response and fuel consumption. The result is smoother, more efficient operation across all working conditions.

With 96% of the full torque available from just 1000 rpm, these tractors can handle the majority of tasks at a reduced engine speed—reducing fuel consumption and cutting operating costs. Newly designed fuel tanks, combined with the engines’ outstanding efficiency, allow for exceptionally long working hours, with a fuel capacity of 420 liters.

Thanks to advanced manufacturing technology and extremely precise engineering tolerances, the engine oil change interval has been extended to 1000 operating hours (or every two years). Built in Germany, DEUTZ engines embody cutting-edge technology, renowned reliability, and outstanding efficiency—helping you get the very best out of every job.

The swing-out cooling pack on the 6 series Deutz-Fahr allows for unobstructed access to the radiators and coolers for cleaning purposes. An optional air outlet allows the operator to use an air supply from the tractors pneumatic circuit to easily clean grass, straw and other debris that can build up during operation.

Transmission

STEPLESS TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGY FOR ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE

The TTV transmission delivers smooth, consistent power in all conditions, without jolts or interruptions. It’s designed for excellent fuel efficiency and high traction, combining strong mechanical performance with lightweight engineering that reduces inertia. This allows the tractor to operate with outstanding efficiency and improved torque delivery to the wheels—enhancing pulling power and responsiveness.

Operators can choose from three driving modes—Auto, PTO, and Manual—to match any task perfectly. A convenient dial allows quick selection between ECO mode, which minimizes fuel consumption, and Power mode, which delivers maximum performance.

Every model comes standard with the PowerZero function, which holds the tractor securely in place without needing to use the brake or clutch—ideal for safety and comfort, even on slopes. Another advantage of the TTV system is its ability to maintain high travel speeds while keeping the engine running quietly and efficiently at low rpm.

The 6230 TTV can be optioned with a high speed transmission allowing the tractor to ravel at speeds of up to 60 km/h at just 1800 rpm, or 40 km/h at an impressively low 1200 rpm. This means smoother driving, less fuel use, and greater comfort in all working conditions.

PTO

DRIVE YOUR IMPLEMENTS WITH MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY.

A standout feature of the 6 Series TTV range is the optional DualSpeed front PTO. With this system, operators can easily switch between 1000 and 1000 ECO PTO speeds directly from the cab via the InfoCentrePro display. This ensures maximum efficiency at all times, allowing both the front and rear PTOs to operate in either standard or ECO mode. The result is lower fuel consumption, reduced wear on moving components, and noticeably quieter operation in the cab—all thanks to the ability to match PTO speed precisely to field conditions.

At the rear, the 6 Series TTV features up to three PTO speeds, providing maximum versatility and top performance when using a wide range of implements.

To make implement changes fast and hassle-free, all models come equipped with a removable PTO output shaft as standard—further enhancing flexibility and ease of use.

Hydraulic System

PREPARED FOR A WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS.

One of the key goals in developing the 6 Series was to achieve maximum versatility, allowing each tractor to work efficiently with a wide range of implements. To suit every operator’s needs, the hydraulic system can be configured with up to five rear and two front spool valves, in addition to the front linkage controls.

The load sensing hydraulic pumps give the option of up to 210 l/min, while the rear lift capacity reaches up to 10 tonnes. The front linkage system on the 6190 and 6230 models can lift up to 5,450 kg.

A seperate clean oil system ensures hydraulic oil and transmission oil are kept seperate to reduce the risk of contamination in the transmission and with up to 90 litres of removable oil capacity, the 6 series TTV can cater to even the most hydraulically demanding of implements.

Brakes

NO COMPROMISE BETWEEN SAFETY AND DRIVING COMFORT.

To stay productive, the operator needs complete control of the tractor—whether working in the field, on the road, at high speed, or over rough terrain. The 6 Series delivers exactly that, offering a confident sense of safety and stability in every situation.

The intelligent, adaptive suspension system provides outstanding stability, even during heavy towing or when carrying large loads. For tractors above 200 hp, the 6 Series is available with high-performance dry disc front brakes, ensuring exceptional braking precision and a long service life.

A booster brake system, fitted as standard, enhances braking performance while reducing the pedal effort required. The DualMode hydraulic trailer brake system adds flexibility, while the pneumatic trailer brakes feature the advanced aTBM (Advanced Trailer Brake Management) system. This technology optimizes braking power between the tractor and trailer, delivering safer, more stable performance—especially during demanding or sudden stops.
