Made in Germany, the Deutz-Fahr 6 Series of tractors stands out for its superior reliability, comfort and low operating costs. The models within this 6 series lineup span from 170 through to 230HP and a maximum torque of up to 970Nm, all powered by the latest interation of the DeutzAG TCD 6.1 litre, 6-cylinder engine. These engines have been homologated to Stage 3A, removing the need for AdBlue and a DPF in order to achieve these emissions standards. The RC-Shift transmission - a 5 gear, 6 stage semi-powershift transmission, is designed for those that prefer the ease of operation and mechanical efficiency that a more conventional style transmission has to offer.

The TTV transmission, available on the 6190 and 6230 models, redefines comfort and efficiency in a continuously variable transmission. The in-house designed and built TTV transmission is the ultimate choice for professional users and farmers wanting to get the most out of their tractor.

FROM FULLY AUTOMATIC SHIFT TO CUSTOMIZABLE DRIVING MODES

The RCshift transmission delivers smooth, effortless performance by allowing fully automatic gear changes without using the clutch pedal. It’s always equipped with the MaxCom joystick, giving the operator full control at their fingertips.

The system features five robotized ranges and six Powershift stages, providing 30 forward speeds and 15 reverse speeds. When fitted with a creeper, that number increases to 54 forward and 27 reverse gears, ensuring precise speed selection for every task.

The RCshift transmission also offers three driving modes, allowing the operator to choose the ideal level of automation:

• Manual: The driver selects both range gears and Powershift stages manually.
• Semi-Auto: The driver selects the range gears, while the system automatically manages the Powershift stages.
• Auto: Both the range gears and Powershift stages are selected automatically by the system.

This flexibility means the RCshift transmission can be perfectly adapted to any job—offering a smooth, efficient, and highly intuitive driving experience both in the field and on the road

DRIVE YOUR IMPLEMENTS WITH MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY

With four PTO speeds 540/540ECO/1000/1000ECO at the rear and 1000 or 1000ECO at the front, all work can be carried out very efficiently. Thanks to the reduced engine speed characteristics, coupled with ECO power take-off technology, fuel consumption is significantly reduced. The proportionally controlled PTO prevents sharp start-ups and protects transmission components. The new InfoCentrePro provides clear, easily understandable information about hydraulic and PTO functions. All hydraulic and PTO functions can be easily set and controlled from the right console or armrest in the cab.

PREPARED FOR A WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS.

One of the key goals in developing the 6 Series was to achieve maximum versatility, allowing each tractor to work efficiently with a wide range of implements. To suit every operator’s needs, the hydraulic system can be configured with up to five rear and two front spool valves, in addition to the front linkage controls.

The load sensing hydraulic pumps give the option of up to 160 l/min, while the rear lift capacity reaches up to 9700 kg. The front linkage system on the 6190 and 6230 models can lift up to 5,450 kg.

Electronic control valves allow for easy configurability from within the cab with the ability to reassign control functions, set timers and adjust flow rates all from the comfort of the Maxivision cab.

A booster brake system, fitted as standard, enhances braking performance while reducing the pedal effort required. The DualMode hydraulic trailer brake system adds flexibility.
